Sensis Vibe (VD12) Analytics Report Viewer - Distribution, Print and Export of Reports Video

To distribute the generated report, an email server needs to be configured with administrator rights for the user who is configuring the subscription. Please contact your IT department for the email server configuration. To send the report via email on a regular basis, move the mouse over the report, which shall be distributed. Click on the Arrowhead next to the report name and select subscribe from the dropdown menu. The subscription window opens for configuration. Select the delivered by email option. Enter all details like email address, subject and export format. Define the report generation interval and the schedule for automatic delivery via email. Save the changes by clicking the OK button. To distribute a report via a shared folder, a Windows folder needs to be created where the generated report can be saved. This folder should be accessible to the user who is configuring the subscription with administrator rights and every other user who shall have access to the generated reports via the shared folder. To save the report on the Windows file share on a regular basis, move the mouse over the report which shall be saved. Click on the Arrowhead next to the report name and select subscribe from the dropdown menu. The subscription window opens for configuration. Select the delivered by Windows File share option. Enter all details like the filename, the path where the file needs to be saved, file format and credentials to the shared file folder. Define the report generation interval and the schedule for automatic delivery to the Windows file share. Save the changes by clicking the OK button. To print a report, select one by clicking on it. Enter a valid date range for which the report shall be generated. Select view report. The report is generated and displayed for the given date range. Click on the print button and select a valid printer and formatting options to submit the report for printing. To export a report to file format, select one by clicking on it. Enter a valid date range for which the report shall be generated. Select view report. The report is generated and displayed for the given date range. Click on the export dropdown menu and select for example the Excel format. The report can be also exported in other formats like word, PDF, etc. Specify the desired location and click save to complete the export.
