syngo® BreVis Biopsy at the Scanner 1. Scan patient with fiduccial placement in C4 grid:  Note: Only fits into C4 grid when using the Sentinelle coil 2. Open Patient Browser:  Select > Patient study  Application > Select > BreVis: o Note: Series cannot be selected when using BreVis  Patient Browser re-opens after loading study: o Close > Patient Browser 3. BreVis image segments:  Coronal – upper left segment  Sagittal – upper right segment  Axial MIP – lower left segment: o Note: If the biopsy software is on the scanning console then key commands will not work 4. Select > Coronal segment:  Select >Tools tab Axial Orientation  Right mouse > Select > Rotation button > Select > Axial Coronel Orientation orientation Sagitta Orientation 5. Select > Workflow tab: Viewi .. Proce .. Tools Inter ..  Note: Walks the user through the biopsy steps 6. Select > Device dropdown > Select > Coil being used:  Note: user can make this a Default Selection at the bottom of the window Viewi .. Proce .. Device calibration: • Scroll through images for fiducial location > Select > fiducial by left mouse clicking: o All image planes can be used for this step Fiducial Marker Detection o System recognizes fiducial location is in C4 Manuel > Select > Set Fixed 5ªt Cpt. • Type 0 for angle > Select > Confirm: Opt Andle o Note: If the grid is angled in the image, an offset can Confim be typed in to compensate 9.
