syngo Congenital Heart Disease Guidance syngo Application Software VD20 Using pre-procedure CTA or MRI data for planning Using DynaCT data for planning  Load the CTA or MRI data.  Start 3D Wizard and select the right program (alternatively use a 5s DR Card Care program).  Start syngo Congenital Heart Disease Guidance. Planning  Perform windowing and punching operations on the volume to display the anatomy of interest. Measurements are possible. You can mark anatomical landmarks in the volume. Dual volume functionality for 2 different anatomical structures (e. g. air path plus vessels) from the same volume. Activate the parallel range, change if you want the slice thickness. Save the volume; now 2 volumes are available.  Open Browser again, mark both volumes and open them in the 4D Tab card using drag-and-drop (it is now a Dual volume visualization). Optimize the different volumes (VOI punching, coloring, etc.).  50- Display and Guidance Perform 2D/3D or 3D/3D registration. Align the VRT segment to an optimal working projection  Move C-arm to match 3D image angulation.  Select syngo 3D Roadmap (overlay live image to 3D image) to overlay 3D volume on fluoroscopy for guidance.  This can be used to navigate with fluoroscopy, enabling you to position therapeutic devices to the desired locations.  During the procedure: Mark anatomical landmarks or perform measurements, if necessary.
