After selecting Insert Data, the following window will open. In this sample, the Observation tab is selected. MR degree has been searched for returning 2 possible choices. For the Summary, the Phrase will only display if the associated Observation was designated as Abnormal. (See Step 1 to assign these to an Observation). In the following sample, two Observations have been added to one Phrase. In this setting both Observations must be selected on the Worksheet to generate the phrase for the report. Note that this Phrase will appear in the Body of the Report since all 4 boxes below the Phrase are checked. For the Summary, no Phrase will go in the Report since there is no content and no boxes are selected. Also note Auto capitalize and auto punctuate is checked.
