syngo Electrophysiology Guidance syngo Application Software VD20 Using pre-procedure CTA or MRI data for planning Using DynaCT data for planning  Load the CTA or MRI data.  Start 3D Wizard and select a LA Imaging program (alternatively use a 5s DR Card).  Start syngo EP Planning. Segmentation ✔ Auto segmentation is selected by default. auto The left atrium (LA) is segmented automatically.  Optional: Perform a 1-click LA segmentation or a stroke-based segmentation.  Sculpt the segmentation result, if necessary. +H A A: Export the segmentation result to external A B electro-anatomical mapping system. B Lesion Planning  Mark points on the segmentation result to indicate locations where you plan to apply ablation. Display and Guidance  Align the VRT segment to an optimal working projection.  Move C-arm to match 3D image angulation.  Select syngo 3D Roadmap (overlay live image to 3D image) to overlay 3D volume on fluoroscopy for guidance.  You can use this for navigating with fluoroscopy, positioning the tip of the abla- tion catheter to the desired locations.  During the procedure, single mouse click on the existing points to mark them as “ablated”, if necessary.  Add new ablated points, if necessary.
