syngo.plaza for IT and Clinical Administrators

The objective of this course is to give the participant the necessary theoretical and practical experience to routinely operate the syngo.plaza system, to become acquainted with the settings and configuration options of the system and to provide his/her department with first level support.

Objective:
During this 5 day course the participant will get a comprehensive overview of issues affecting clinical application and IT tasks, required to fully utilize, administrate and maintain a syngo.plaza system.  At the end of the course the participant will have a solid understanding of how to provide users with first level support.

Since the course will address IT specific issues, as well as clinical administration; the participants will gain insight into their specific subject and cross-sectional tasks, giving a holistic view of the system operation.
 
Target Audience: 
since RIS/PACS systems are embedded in the clinical workflow and the IT
infrastructure, this course addresses two types of administrators:
    -  The clinical administrator of the Radiology / Imaging department and
    -  The administrator of the IT department
