syngo.via® CT Dynamic Angio The syngo.via CT Dynamic Angio workflow enables the visualization of vessel enhancement over time using CT images reconstructed from dynamic CT data (e.g. perfusion, adaptive 4D spiral ac- quisitions). It supports the evaluation of time attenuation curves (TAC) and enables the isolation and extraction of time-resolved phase volumes, such as peak-arterial or best-venous. It can also aid in the diagnosis and documentation of endovascular leaks. 1. From the Patient Worklist, load an appropriate data set into the CT Dynamic Angio work- flow: • If the examination has been correctly mapped, double click to load • If manual mapping is required, right-click the examination and select Open With > CT Dynamic Angio. 2. Navigate through the time points and evaluate the quality CT Dynamic Angio of the CT examination with respect to motion artifact. Start a time-resolved cine loop/movie by clicking the Watch icon on the CT Dynamic Angio workflow step. Navigation tools – including start, stop, reverse, start from beginning, step backwards, step forwards, and continuous loop – are available in the mini-toolbar. - 60 FIS 6. Click the TAC (Time Attenuation Curves) icon to start the ROI drawing mode. Draw an ROI in a desired vessel to visualize the enhancement curve and quantify enhancement parameters such as time-to–peak and the peak en- hancement HU value.
