Using Chat Groups Job Aid syngo Virtual Cockpit Prerequisites · Chat groups need to be configured by the Administrator in the syngo Virtual Cockpit Administration Portal. · Chat groups are defined as empty groups without any chat group members. · The name and the initials of a group are also configured by the Administrator. · The group configuration can be done remotely. View chat group members As a standard user (Modality Technologist, Steering Technologist, or Physician), you can see who is a member of a group regardless of whether you have already joined the group or not.
