If two ReportFlows are available, for example a screening and a diagnostic one, you can switch between them. Additionally, you can also set a ReportFlow as your personal default.     During a MG Breast WorkFlow session you can easily switch between different ReportFlows.   If two ReportFlows are available, for example a screening and a diagnostic one, you can switch between them on the fly. Additionally, you can also set a ReportFlow as your default one. The ReportFlow appearing at the top of the list is the default, indicated by the (D) symbol.   In the control area the ReportFlow list displays only such ReportFlows that you have marked as visible in the configuration panel. Your default ReportFlow appears always on top of the list indicated by an asterisk. All other ReportFlows are ordered as listed in the configuration panel.   When switching in a session, the status of remaining images is constantly applied.   To Configure a ReportFlow you need to navigate to the Configuration Panel or already have the Configuration Panel open.   The configuration panel offers five sections to configure and save ReportFlows as a sequence of layouts in combination with sizing modes and tools performed stepwise for the desired examination.  ReportFlows Section: Here you can select, add, delete, duplicate, or sort a ReportFlow and define the type and visibility. Steps: Here you can rename a selected ReportFlow, hide/show all existing steps, and add, delete, sort or duplicate a single ReportFlow step. Layouts: Here you can select a filter for relevant layouts and define the layout to be used for a selected ReportFlow step. Tools: Here you can select a sizing mode and additional tools for a selected ReportFlow step. Layout skipping: Here you can turn on/off that incomplete layouts are automatically skipped.   In the Configuration Panel navigate to the ReportFlow Tab. Click the Plus “+” icon to add a new ReportFlow. The new ReportFlow is added at the bottom of the list. is selected, Private and Visible. is named New ReportFlowTM. contains two steps - the Overview layout (PC.MLOCC) and the Remaining Images layout. Add further steps, then edit the name and save the new ReportFlow.     To delete a ReportFlow, select the respective ReportFlow from the list and click on the minus "-" icon. A message is displayed: "Do you want to delete this ReportFlow?" > Confirm with yes. The selected ReportFlow is now deleted. Please note: As a "normal" user, you can only delete your private ReportFlows.     To duplicate a ReportFlow, select an existing ReportFlow in the list (public or private) and click on the icon with two squares sitting over each other. The new ReportFlow is added as an exact copy right below the original one. is selected, Private and Visible.     Click the star icon button to toggle the visibility of your favorite ReportFlows in the list of the control area. All ReportFlows that are set to „Yes“ are available in the control area. The Siemens Basic ReportFlow is always visible.     To set a ReportFlow as your default, select one ReportFlow from all visible ReportFlows. Use the move buttons to set your favorite ReportFlow up to the first position in the list. Therefore you define it as your default ReportFlow. The default ReportFlow is indicated by a "D" in front of the name. starts initially when you open a patient.     To edit a ReportFlow name, select an existing ReportFlow in the list. The name is displayed in the text field. Click and move the mouse cursor over the name. The ReportFlow name is high-lighted. Type the name you wish to save the ReportFlow. The name changes simultaneously in the list above.     Creating a Finding The tool needed to create a Breast finding is the Circle ROI tool, which can be found in the upper right corner menu.   Each time you draw a ROI Circle you also generate a breast finding with calculated distances from the center of the ROI Circle to one or more anchor points.    If you delete a ROI Circle you will also delete the corresponding Breast finding.   Please note:  Automatic generation of breast findings needs to be activated in the Configuration Panel setting.   Using the Circle ROI tool from the top right corner with just one click you will get three distance values that are automatically detected from the center of a finding and displayed with lines as the following distances:  Distance from nipple Distance from chest wall Distance from skin Therefore to automatically acquire these values:  Activate the ROI Tool from the right corner menu Navigate to the region of interest in the desired view (Standard MG and Tomo views are supported) Simply click with the left mouse button and draw a ROI specifically on and around the lesion/calcification The one click algorithm will take the center of the ROI to start the measurements. The Nipple position, anchor points on pectoralis and skin line are detected and marked as follows:  A square for the nipple position  A triangle for pectoralis anchor point  A circle for the skin line’s anchor point.   Upon making the One-Click, the o’clock position and quadrant position will also be automatically generated.   If the automatic calculation fails, both anchor point markers are displayed next to the breast finding. You can then manually move the markers to the correct position.   Additionally, if the One-Click option is not available, the user can set the nipple, pectoralis and skin marker manually to the correct position. Please note that there will be no automatic creation of o’clock and quadrant position if the option is not available.   Select a single Breast Finding in a segment or in the Findings Assistant to display all available finding information on an image. A Square represents the nipple position. In a TomoVolume, the square color indicates that the nipple position is on the same slice (white) or on a different slice (grey). A Circle represents the anchor point on the skin line. A Triangle represents the anchor point on the pectoralis. A faint line represents the distance from the finding to the nipple position/anchor points on skin line and pectoralis. Each value calculates the distance from the measurement's center to the nipple position/anchor points. Each distance value is displayed in the separate Breast Finding info box.     When you change the size or position of a Breast Finding or move one of the distance symbols, the related distance information will be instantly updated. It will also be updated if you use the Nipple Marker tool to modify the nipple position.   If you have selected the option "Automatically create snapshot images for findings" (found in the Configuration Panel) the snapshot images will not contain any Breast Finding attributes such as distance lines, symbols or info box.     The measurements and screenshots acquired from the Breast Finding will automatically be available in the Structured Reporting Breast Template.     Initially, the list is empty for every user.  Open a patient and select a layout e.g. by stepping through the ReportFlow or by selecting a layout from the Layout Gallery. In parallel, open the General tab and select a shortcut you wish the layout to be assigned to. Click Assign to apply the layout. The according layout is displayed with its specific icon. When you press one of the shortcuts while a patient is opened, the corresponding assigned layout is displayed.   Each change in the configuration is immediately applied without re-opening the patient. Please note: If the layout configured for the shortcut isn't available, no layout change will be applied.     Introduction The Tomosynthesis Fastview functionality allows the user to pre-configure the automatic movie tool to tomosynthesis layouts. If this tool is configured in the ReportFlow configuration setting the movie is synchronized automatically in multiple segments upon loading the layout.   This allows the user to have an automatic overview of the tomosynthesis slices immediately upon loading without any interaction.     Navigate to the Configuration Panel above the Control Area and select the ReportFlow tab. Select a Tomosynthesis layout from a ReportFlow Section. Navigate to the Movie option in the tools area and place a tick in the box provided. Close the Configuration Panel and navigate to the selected Tomosynthesis layout. The selected layout will be filled and the tomosynthesis images will automatically start in movie mode displaying all slices in a loop.     syngo.Breast Care Workflow now offers the user at any time in their ReportFlow to get back to the first step.    There is a new icon available in the control panel of the MG Breast WF as well as a new shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + B.   To support a quick and efficient workflow the shortcut can of course be configured on the Shuttle Pro Mouse Pad.     It is possible to display images of a MAMMOMAT Revelation Tomo Biopsy procedure using the Tomo Biopsy layout:        This layout displays the images of the newest compression group. The oldest three stereo pairs are displayed sorted by acquisition date ascending. If more than one Tomo Scout is available within one compression, they are displayed as a stack. The same applies for Specimen images. A matching between the Specimen and the Stereo images is not guaranteed.       The coordinates of the target position are displayed as part of the basic image information. The biopsy marker, marking this target can be switched on and off by the global Hide Graphics tool or press "G" as keyboard shortcut.     In the Layout gallery or ReportFlow layout section there are now new layouts which already have the MIP mode configured.  This allows the reader to have these in the WF as default and no longer have the need to change from 2D mode to MIP manually.   The new preconfigured MIP layouts appear like:   It is possible to display low energy and recombined MAMMOMAT Revelation Contrast Enhanced Mammography images in a default layout. These are the following options:    Overview CEM – containing both Low Energy and Insight CEM Images Bilateral CEM – containing L or R Low Energy and Insight CEM Images Unilateral CEM   syngo.Breast Care offers the Breast Finding as a special finding type to visualize detailed information about relevant distances and positions of a suspicious area on an image.   The optional feature One-Click provides calculation of distance information from a breast finding into special points. With just one click the user will be provided with three distance values that are automatically detected from the center of a finding and displayed with lines as the following distances: Distance from nipple Distance from chest wall Distance from skin   The Findings Assistant displays each Breast Finding with detailed information about: Laterality Quadrant position Clock face position Depth Distance from nipple Distance from skin Distance from chest wall The above mentioned values are all read only except the depth and clock face positions. Click on the breast pictogram to define the position. Other lesion defining options can be chosen from the drop down options, such as BI-RADS etc.   Depending on user rights, two types of ReportFlows are possible to configure: Private: Every user (admin or non-admin) can create, view, edit or delete his own ReportFlow. Initially, every new ReportFlow is set to Private and visible. Public: Every user (admin or non-admin) can view a ReportFlow, but only admin users can create and edit it or change the type from Private to Public or vice versa. Initially, every new ReportFlow is set to Private and visible.  If a public ReportFlow is selected only public layouts are presented in the Layout section.   Introduction  The MG Breast Workflow user can now define up to five shortcuts linked to their preferred layouts and save them as user-specific setting.   This allows the user at any time during their workflow to jump to a preconfigured layout of their choice.   Additionally of course any or all of these shortcuts can be configured to the Shuttle Pro Mouse pad for a quick and efficient workflow.   syngo.Breast Care Workflow now offers the user new layouts: Tomo Biopsy Layout with Target Position on Tomo Biopsy Images Tomosynthesis MIP layouts Contrast Enhanced Mammography (CEM) layout
