Each body region presents specific fields for standardized report information creation and includes automatic features like RAD score calculation. New reporting guidelines enhance documentation and communication of results: Besides BI-RADS and PI-RADS, guidelines for Lung-RADS Screening and Lung Cancer TNM Staging, LI-RADS and CAD-RADS are included. New design allows you to export measurements and other attributes available in the Findings Assistant directly to PDF, email, or copy and paste it to your dictated report. The syngo.via WebViewer now allows you to do a remote conference, sharing your screen with other users. Please note that the learning material is for training purposes only! In this training you will learn about general enhancements and improvements that are available with the syngo.via VB40 software version. For further enhancements of MM Reading within the syngo.via VB40 software version, such as syngo.via OpenApps, Advanced Visualization Tools, Interactive Spectral Imaging and MR General Tools, please see the corresponding delta online trainings part 1 and part 2 in the syngo.via training area of PEPconnect. This chapter introduces the following general enhancements and improvements that are available with the syngo.via VB40 software version: Removed confirmation dialog when discarding a workflow Hide reference lines during scrolling Series Navigator Findings Assistant syngo.via WebViewer conferencing capability When you discard an open workflow by selecting ‘Discard changes’ in the Close Patient Dialog box, the workflow is now closed immediately. The additional ‘Discard confirmation’ dialog is no longer shown as in previous syngo.via versions. In order to not cover image information during reading, the Reference Lines are automatically hidden in the segment while scrolling with the right mouse button.   The syngo.via WebViewer is a zero footprint software-only solution for reviewing medical images from syngo.via for diagnostic use. In addition to your syngo.via, you have remote access to images for example on an iPad or any web browser to support interpretation and evaluation of examinations. The syngo.via WebViewer now allows you to do a remote conference, sharing your screen with other users. You can invite other users or join conferences upon invitation. An interactive marker is available to highlight regions of interest.  *The application syngo.via WebViewer is not for diagnostic viewing/reading on mobile devices in the US. Diagnostic reading of images with a web browser requires a medical grade monitor. For iPhone and iPad country specific laws may apply. Applications on iPhone / iPad / iPod are not a medical device in Japan. Use at your own risk. They are not intended to be used for diagnosis.   This chapter introduces the following improvements of the Series Navigator that are available with the syngo.via VB40 software version: Series number Result series display The Series Navigator gives an overview of the series loaded and groups this data according to specific criteria.   In addition to the series name, you can now visualize the series number in a dedicated column in the list view.   The display of the series number can be configured by performing a right mouse button click on the column header. The selection is persistent per user and is valid across the workflows.     For quick and easy access of the result series created on syngo.via, they are now displayed together with the corresponding time point in the Series Navigator. A ‘user created’ icon is added for easy identification of results created on a series such as parallel ranges and snapshots. This user created icon will remain displayed in the section until the user completes the workflow. If the workflow is paused then the user icon is visible. This chapter introduces the following improvements of the Findings Assistant that are available with the syngo.via VB40 software version: Body regions Guidelines overview LungRADS Screening example Reporting Direct export Configuration The Findings Assistant now allows you to cluster your findings according to body regions or organs. Specific fields for standardized report information creation and automatic features are also provided. This organization of findings is reflected in the structured report as well.   New reporting guidelines enhance documentation, harmonization and communication of results. LungRADS Screening, Lung Cancer TNM Staging, LI-RADS and CAD-RADS are now available in addition to PI-RADS and BI-RADS. The Findings Assistant guides you through the measurement and provides automatically calculated results.   To complement your reading, you can evaluate additional body parts and document the results easily using the Findings Assistant. Let's see the following example. For reading your CT Lung case, First select the body region ‘Lung’. Choose the LungRADS Screening Finding Type as a next step. The system then guides you on which measurements need to be performed. You can add additional information like Location, Organ Segment, and more. The LungRADS score, mean value and growth will be automatically calculated. You could add further comments on the additional body part ‘Thorax’ for example. For each of the new and existing guidelines integrated in the Findings Assistant, the system calculates the RAD score, TNM and other measurements automatically.   The guidelines are also available for consultation on our help menu.   The structured organization of findings you find in the Findings Assistant is automatically taken over to your Structured Report as well.   Exporting measurements as PDF, email or copy and paste to a dictated report can be directly done out of the Findings Navigator.   The Reporting Section of the Configuration Panel allows you to directly start evaluating dedicated body regions by automatically adding default reporting groups that will be shown in the Findings Assistant after opening a corresponding case.
