Sysmex® CA-1500 System Stored Data Online Training

Review sample information and analysis results, print reports and transmit data for accurate and timely patient results.

Welcome to the Sysmex® CA-1500 System Stored Data Online Training course. The Sysmex® CA-1500 System can store data for the last 1,000 samples or 15,000 test results. Stored Data can be viewed on the Stored Data List screen. In this course, you’ll learn how to interpret sample information and analysis results as well as identify features of the Stored Data List screen so that you can perform other tasks, such as : Printing results and coagulation curves Resending results to a host computer Sorting or searching for results Select Next to continue. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to: Describe how to view sample information and analysis results on the Stored Data List screen Interpret data displayed on the Sample Information and the Analysis Results screens Describe the functions of keys on the Stored Data List screen Select Next to continue. Congratulations. You have completed the Sysmex® CA-1500 System Stored Data online training course. Listed below are the key points that have been presented. Take time to review the material before you proceed to the final quiz. Demonstrate how to view sample information and analysis results on the Stored Data List screen To toggle back and forth between data displays, press the Left or Right arrow keys. Interpret data displayed on the Sample Information and the Analysis Results screens The Sysmex® CA-1500 System instrument can store data for the last 1,000 samples or 15,000 test results. The Sample Information and Results Analysis screens can display up to 21 lines of data. To scroll up or down the lists, press the Up and Down arrow keys. Identify Stored Data List keys and their functions Menu keys are located at the bottom of the Stored Data List screen and allow you to print coagulation curves, change the way data is displayed, edit or delete data, and perform other tasks. Select Next to continue. As samples are processed, the Sysmex® CA-1500 System accumulates data—the system can store data for the last 1,000 samples or 15,000 test results. To view stored data, use the Stored Data List screen, where you'’ll find data grouped into two categories: sample information and analysis results, as shown here:  Sample Information: Patient ID, rack number, sequence number Analysis Results: Patient, QC, and calibration results. Means, and coagulation curves From the Stored Data List screen, you can also perform the following tasks: Print patient, QC, and calibration results Print coagulation curves Resend (output) results to a host computer Edit or delete samples Recalculate results Sort or search for results Select Next to continue. Use the Stored Data List screen to view sample information or analysis results. To view stored data: From the Main Menu screen, press Stored Data. If I is backlit in red, a barcode read error occurred.  Rack number.Tube number in rack.Data output flags indicate the peripheral device that the result will be sent to. These flags disappear when the data has been sent to the indicated device. G: Data has not been sent to the graphic printer. H: Data has not been sent to the host computer. D: Data has not been sent to the data printer.Press Mark to attach or delete a mark.  Press the Right arrow key to scroll horizontally to the right. If you are viewing sample information, the first set of six analysis results will appear.  Press the Left arrow key to scroll horizontally to the left. If you are viewing sample information, this key will be inactive.  Press Next to scroll down to the next 20 lines of data.  Press the Down arrow key to scroll down one line.  Press the Up arrow key to scroll up one line.  Press Prev to scroll up to the previous of 20 lines of data.   The Sysmex® CA-1500 System can store data for the last 15,000 test results.
