Checking and Discarding the Trap Fluid Video

CS 5100 system, the trap Chamber collects fluid that may otherwise damage the instrument. This chamber should be checked for fluid daily and, if present, the fluid must be emptied. To begin, verify the main unit is powered off. Next, locate the trap chamber behind the right door of the main unit. Inspect the Chamber for fluid or condensation. If fluid is present, remove the trap chamber by gently turning the chamber to the left. Remove the float and dispose of the fluid collected in the chamber. Return the float to the chamber, making sure the pointed end is up. Reinstall the trap chamber.
