In many countries, institutions need to be compliant with their national dose regulations. With teamplay Dose, you can: Monitor dose values Find dose outliers Understand the root causes to take corrective actions Provide information to internal stakeholders and national authorities teamplay Dose supports the modality types that use ionizing radiation (including injected activity). teamplay Dose - Introduction teamplay Dose - Introduction Audio only included in the video When you open teamplay Dose, you can select different tabs. An orange bar indicates which tab is currently selected. Tabs – General Information Tabs - General Information When you open teamplay Dose, you can select different tabs. Analysis and Events Tabs - Structure The Analysis and Events tabs follow the same structure: The information you see first provides a brief overview. The further you scroll down, the more detailed the information becomes. Analysis Why analyze dose levels? Keeping dose as low as reasonable possible (ALARA) is one key principle in modern radiology. With the Analysis page, you can analyze the examinations performed in your institution in a specific time frame and look for the ones with high dose rates. Watch the video to learn how to analyze the dose levels of your modalities. Analysis Audio only in video Events In the Events tab, you can detect and document examinations that exceed the national or your institution’s reference values. You can drill down to the dedicated examinations of your interest and comment on them for regulatory purposes. Watch the video to learn how to detect and comment dose events. Events Audio only in video Worklist In the Worklist tab, all dose events are listed. You can review and comment on each event in order to clarify why the applied dose was above the national or internal reference value. In addition, you can perform Exam Mapping in the Worklist tab as well. Watch the video to learn how to review and comment dose events in the Worklist tab. Worklist Audio only in video Exam Mapping Why Exam Mapping? Protocol naming usually does not follow uniform guidelines throughout institutions. The mapping of protocols to the Radlex Playbook protocols is necessary… to enable you to benchmark and compare data also beyond your institution to enable outlier tracking and measurement against Dose Reference Levels Watch the video to learn how protocols are mapped. Exam Mapping Audio only in video Reference Levels In the Reference Levels tab, you can define specific internal threshold values for your institution per RadLex protocol and compare with national reference levels. Watch the video to learn how to view a list of all reference levels used and how to define internal thresholds for your institution. Reference Levels Audio only in video Custom Request In the Custom Request tab you can create customized dose reports by following these steps: Choose the timeframe Select the modality Define further parameters in the filter section Click Save current request Enter a name for your request and click Save Custom Request In the Custom Request tab you can create customized dose reports by following these steps: Choose the timeframe Select the modality Define further parameters in the filter section Click Save current request Enter a name for your request and click Save Patients The Patients tab allows you to search for specific patients. Follow these steps: Enter the Patient ID or accession number Click Search The result list shows all examinations of the respective patient in your institution. Please note: You need to be connected to your institution’s network to use this functionality. Patients The Patients tab allows you to search for specific patients and to monitor their accumulated dose values in your institution. Follow these steps: Enter the Patient ID or accession number Click Search The result list shows all examinations of the respective patient in your institution. Benchmark In the Benchmark tab, you can benchmark your radiation dose data with examinations in your deployment set, your country or with similar institutions. As a prerequisite, examinations need to be mapped to the standardized Radlex Protocols ID. Please note: Availability of Benchmark option depends on a minimum number of other registered institutions in your deployment to support customer anonymity and protection. Start Assessment Which icon opens the App Launcher? Question 1 of 6 Select the applicable image. Pick One Question Incorrect Click on this icon to open the activity monitor Incorrect Click on this icon to get help Incorrect Click on this icon to open the personal settings Correct Number of dose events above national reference levels within the selected time frame Number of dose events above internal reference levels within the selected time frame Number of examinations within the target level Number of dose events above global reference levels What does the tile from the Dashboard indicate? Question 2 of 6 Select the best answer. Multiple Choice Question Correct Number of dose events above national reference levels are indicated by the red tile. Incorrect There are no global reference levels. Incorrect Number of examinations within target level are indicated by a green tile. Incorrect Dose events above internal reference levels are indicated by a yellow tile. Review and comment dose events as well as adapt Exam Mapping Analyze all examinations regardless of whether they triggered a dose alert or not Define internal dose reference levels for your institution Create customized dose reports Which actions can you perform in the Worklist tab? Question 3 of 6 Select the best answer. Multiple Choice Question Incorrect Analyzing all examinations can be done in the Analysis tab Incorrect Customized dose reports can be created in the Custom Request tab Incorrect Internal reference levels are defined in the Reference Levels tab Correct Reference Levels Benchmark Analysis Exam Mapping Which functionality allows to set internal dose thresholds for your institution? Question 4 of 6 Select the best answer. Multiple Choice Question Incorrect You cannot set internal dose thresholds in the Exam Mapping tab. Incorrect You cannot set internal dose thresholds in the Analysis tab. Incorrect You cannot set internal dose thresholds in the Benchmark tab. Correct You can set internal dose thresholds in the Reference Levels tab. The study was matched to a RadLex ID manually by a teamplay user The study was automatically matched to a RadLex ID by teamplay The study can’t be identified by teamplay and needs to be machted to a RadLex ID manually The study needs to be matched to a RadLex ID What is the correct definition for the Exam Mapping status “Mapped”? Question 5 of 6 Select the best answer. Multiple Choice Question Incorrect Studies that can’t be matched by teamplay are labeled “Unmapped”. Incorrect Studies that still need to be matched are labeled “Unmapped” Incorrect Automatically matched studies are labeled “AutoMapped”. Correct “Mapped” indicates that the study was matched manually. Revise the mapping manually and create a mapping rule, so that examinations that use the protocol will be mapped to the correct RadLex ID in the future Contact your IT-Admin, because mapping can only be revised in the Institution Settings Manually revise the mapping each time an examination used the scan protocol When reviewing future dose events in the Events or the Worklist tab, add a comment that the protocol is incorrectly mapped A protocol was mapped incorrectly to a RadLex ID and therefore rose multiple dose alerts. What is the best way to solve the problem? Question 6 of 6 Select the best answer. Multiple Choice Question Incorrect Analyzing all examinations can be done in the Analysis tab Incorrect Comparison of own dose values with values of the deployment set is done in the Benchmark tab Incorrect Internal reference levels are defined in the Reference Levels tab Correct Review Review Retry Assessment Results %Results.ScorePercent%% %Results.PassPercent%% Continue YOUR SCORE: PASSING SCORE: Assessment Results You did not pass the course.
