With tiembla images you can share and receive studies with and from other team play users. This video will show you how to share a study and related data attachment with others. You will also learn how to comment a shared study. Go to teamplaysiemens.com and login with your user credentials. You can access the application team, play images from your App Launcher, click the button team play images. To share a study with other template users, go to the All studies tab. To find the study you want to share, use the different filters or search fields on the left hand side. Select the study from the study list. Before sharing the study, check if the Found study is correct. An complete for that, check the series thumbnails or the displayed patient and study details. If you want to provide supporting documents, make sure that these files don't contain patient identifying data if not required. To add attachment documents to a specific study, select the study you would like to share and take an ad file underneath the thumbnails or the three point symbol in the upper right corner. Select add file to study and choose the attachment from your local system which you would like to add. You can now share your study with all added attachments. For that click on share study in the upper right corner or click on the share symbol below the study header. A popup window will appear, but you have to specify one or more recipients by searching for the email addresses or the names. Type the name with which your colleague is registered at team play and make sure to select the correct person as a recipient. Also, type in a conversation topic. Add a comment if needed. Make sure your input is correct and click share to share the studies with your colleague. Please be aware that sharing a study is only possible among teamplay participants. A banner will indicate that the study was shared successfully with your colleague. Additionally, the study item will be marked with send in the All studies list. You can also add a comment to the shared study. Select the study and go to the tap conversations. Type in your comment here. All comments will be saved. After initially sharing a study team, play images sends a notification email concerning the shared study to your colleague. Your colleague can now see and provide a comment to the shared study. When your colleague has given their feedback, you can read their answer as a further comment. In the shared study after page refresh. To be able to receive images, you need a personal teamplay account. In case you don't have one, it can be created on team plate at siemens.com.
