teamplayImages_How to receive an image

This video explains how a teamplay Images user can receive and view images from another teamplay Images user.  It also explains how to download that study to your local file system or transfer it directly into your organization’s PACS.  You will also learn how to comment studies that you have received so that your comments are visible to all people who have received the study.

With teamplay images, other Templar users can share studies with you. This video will show you how to receive a shared study using team play images. You will learn how to open and download a received study as well as leave a comment. When a colleague shares a study with you, you will be notified by email containing a link to the case. Click on the link which takes you to team play. Lock in with your user credentials. In the inbox of team play images, the respective study is pre selected for display along with the name of the sender. In the series section you can see the thumbnails of the Imaging series. Click on the thumbnail to open the series in the team Play Images Viewer. You can also download the study to your local viewing system by selecting download study. If your institution has installed a team play receiver, the study Alternatively can be transferred directly into the pack system connected to the receiver. For this you find the menu item in the three dotted action menu. Select expert DICOM transfer. If you want to add a comment, open the conversations tab within the received study and type in your response. Select at comment to publish your answer. Your comment will then become visible in this dialogue.
