Transfer Workflows on MI Apps (VB20 and Prior Versions) All Symbia Scanners Description: This job aid will assist the user in transferring a workflow from one MI Applications workstation to another. Copying Workflows from Workstation to Device 1. To copy a workflow onto a device, insert a CD, DVD, or USB drive onto your system where the workflow resides. micro 4.0 GB cruze 2. Press the Windows button on your keyboard (between Alt and Tab). 3. In Windows Explorer menu, navigate to the Càesoftà workflowsàtemplates folder. 4. Highlight the workflow(s) you would like to copy. Pull down Edit and select Copy to Folder. a. If you are burning this file to a CD or DVD, select the folder H:\SiteData\CDR_Offline folder. b. To burn the files to a CD or DVD, you first need to clear the Local Job Status. To do this, pull down Transfer and select local Job Status. Clear the jobs from this queue. 6. To burn the workflow to a CD/DVD, open the Patient Browser, pull down Transfer and select Record Offline Files. 7. Remove the device. Copying Workflows from Device to Workstation 1. Insert the device into the workstation. 2. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the folder containing the workflow. Select the workflow file from device. It will end with a .wfl. 3. Right click the workflow and select Copy. 4. Open the folder C:\esoft\workflows\templates. Highlight the template folder, right click and select Paste. Your workflow template(s) will copy. 5. Close Windows Explorer. Refresh your workflows and your workflow should appear.
