This window allows you to verify the following information: presence of reagents, test volumes, reagent lot numbers, expiration dates, remaining reagent on-system stability, calibration status, and QC status. To access the Reagent Inventory window, select the Reagent button from the Menu panel and select the Reagent Inventory button. Once open, the reagent inventory window defaults to RTT1 or reagent tray 1. You must select the RTT2 tab to display the inventory window for reagent tray 2. Columns that are backlit either yellow or red in the Reagent Inventory window require your attention. Yellow indicates a warning for an upcoming shortage, while red indicates immediate attention is needed. Note that the Reagent Inventory window stays open and can be minimized in the Task Bar by the operator and dynamically monitors the reagents in RTT1 and RTT2. The most frequently encountered operator errors that are unique to the connection of the VersaCell™ to the IMMULITE® 2000, IMMULITE® 2000 XPi, and IMMULITE® 2500 systems are inventory errors. Inventory Errors include: Missing bead packs, reagent wedges, or diluent needed to run a particular test Problems with onboard bead packs, reagent wedges, or diluent (for example, an improperly placed reagent wedge or bead pack) Inventory Errors Learn how to configure Inventory Alarms on the VersaCell™. The VersaCell™ can be configured to alert the operator when the connected instrument is running low on beads, reagents, or allergens. Once a Bead Pack, Reagent Wedge, or Allergen level is lower than the alarm limit, an Inventory Error posts on the VersaCell™. To access this setting, from the VersaCell™ Configurations menu bar, select System Configurations and then select Display Options. When complete, select the X in the upper-right corner to close the window and continue. Clearing Tubes from the Automation Rack Learn how to clear tubes from the Automation Rack. If you encounter an error message that states “Clear Tubes from the Automation Rack” on the IMMULITE® 2000, IMMULITE® 2000 XPi, or IMMULITE® 2500 screen, the instrument will automatically put itself into a Sample Pause state.  Follow these steps to correct the problem: Select the Pause button on the connected instrument’s Home screen to put the instrument into All Pause.  This ensures the Robotic Arm does not travel to the connected instrument while the problem is being corrected. Select Cover in the IMMULITE® 2000, IMMULITE® 2000 XPi, or IMMULITE® 2500  software to unlock the cover. Open the cover and remove any sample tubes from the Automation Rack. Close the cover and select the Run button.     When complete, select the X in the upper-right corner to close the window and continue. Inventory Errors Learn how to troubleshoot Inventory Errors. Checklist TitleChecklist TypeChecklist ContentRecognize indications of an Inventory ErrorHTMLSelect each checkbox to learn more about troubleshooting Inventory Errors. There are several ways to identify an Inventory Error using the VersaCell™ screens: The tube will appear as a dark blue color on the Drawer screen The Inventory Errors button at the bottom of the screen will be red The Sample Errors button at the bottom of the screen will be red. Within the Sample Errors screen, an Inventory Error will be listed Select the Inventory Errors button.HTML On the Inventory Errors screen, categories of inventory are listed, such as reagents, diluents, etc. A category name turns red and displays indented test names for specific tests with inventory issues.Correct Inventory Error on connected instrumentsHTML The specific problem can be determined by using the information in the Inventory Errors screen combined with information on the Bead/Reagent/Show Sample Tubes in Rack screens on the IMMULITE® 2000, IMMULITE® 2000 XPi, or IMMULITE® 2500 system. The column names on the Inventory Errors screen can help in the determination of the problem: If the test is listed under the Missing column, either one of the inventory components is not onboard, or the IMMULITE® 2000, IMMULITE® 2000 XPi, or IMMULITE® 2500 system is not connected to the VersaCell™. If a test is listed under the IMMULITE® column, then either one of the inventory components has an error (for example, an improperly placed reagent wedge or bead pack), or the connected instrument is not in Run mode. Automatic sample processing after error correctionHTML Once the Inventory Error is corrected, the VersaCell™ automatically resends the sample tube to the connected instrument for processing. On the Drawer screen, the tube status will change from No Inventory to Waiting, and then to In Progress and Transfer Complete. When complete, select the X in the upper-right corner to close the window and continue. Die Benutzeroberfläche enthält Symbole und Software Tasten.
