Start of Day / Daily Maintenance On the Home screen select Start of Day Start of Day 1. Empty diluted and concentrated waste containers following standard laboratory operating procedures 2. Fill treated water container Start of Day  Check for sufficient amount of water in treated water container to run samples. If needed, fill an empty 5 L water Description Status container with distilled or deionized water. Add 12.5 mL of 1 Empty Waste System Solution 3. Check syringes during Prime System 2 Fill treated water container  From the Home screen, select Tasks > Maintenance > 3 Prime and Drain > Prime System Check syringes  Verify no air bubbles or leaks are present 4 Check cuvette blank  Remove caps off reagent bottles in the reagent rotor Check/refill 10% cleaning solution 4. Check cuvette blank  If the cuvette blank results are within the defined acceptable 6 Check daily report ranges, the measurement is automatically accepted and the information on the screen updated.
