Teamplay X-ray dashboard offers the rejection analysis and the XI analysis. With this video we will focus on the rejection analysis tab of teamplay Xray Dashboard. I am Steven from Siemens Healthineers education team. Let's get started. To access teamplay X-ray dashboard you have to be locked into your team play institution. For all questions regarding settings, please refer to your institutions IT administrator. Next, navigate to the main menu and select team play X-ray dashboard. This is the start page of Teamplay Xray Dashboard. Up here you can see the two taps that are available. The rejection analysis and the. EXE I analysis. Today we want to focus on the rejection analysis. Below that you have the selection bar where the current filters that are set for the view will be shown. On the left side you have the default filter section. You can choose the examination date. For example, a date range which I'm going to do for the whole month of August 2020. And as you see, this is the first filter that is also shown in the selection bar. Then you can also filter by body part. By the organ program. By the operator names. Please be reminded that this is only available in certain countries and only with the correct data privacy settings and you can choose the system. On the right hand side you will see on the top different KPI's for your selected time frame. The first one is the total number of examinations, the second the rejections that happened during that time period and on the right hand side you will see the rejection rate. Below that you have two charts. The left one is a heat map of your projections showing the different body regions and the different rejection reasons. And on the right side you can see the rejection analysis chart, which has different configurations and different values that can be shown here. Below that you can see the rejection analysis table where additional information and detailed information for each examination that was rejected. Is provided. Let's try to answer a more practical question. For my radiology Department, I want to know which is the most common rejection reason. The first hunch is provided by the heat map. What I can see here is that the dark blue colors will show me. A slight. Increase with in overexposure, patient motion and positioning. And it will also define me that these happen in the body area of chest clavicle. Pelvis and vertebra. If I want to dive in further, what I can do is I can switch to the bar chart and select here instead of rejection count. So the absolute number the rejection rate. And we'll then see the split in weeks. I can enhance that to also, for example, see that by day in order to get the rejection rate. But for my case I think it is nice at to view that during a week or even a month, since we are looking at August. And here I can also see the most common rejection reason during the month of August was the patient motion. And then we have over exposure and positioning with one point 3%. A different view could for example be that I want to see the rejection reason correlated with the body part, and this I could do by switching. Body part and rejection reason and I will get a single column for each rejection reason and then the percentage for the different body parts. To dig into, for example, a specific examination, what I can do is I can select one of the rejection reasons either in the bar chart or in the heat map by clicking on them. And the whole view will be adapted to that filter criteria. And if you now switch down to the analysis table, you will see that all the cases and examinations listed here have the rejection reason, patient motion. Another nice functionality is that you can take that data and for example exported either as an image or as a PDF, or export the data for example. As a table based file. That can be used for further data analysis or a detailed look into these certain cases.
