Ysio: A General Overview

The Ysio table and wall stand will allow you to perform table and wall bucky patient exams. In this training, you will see several features that will assist with patient positioning, comfort, and safety, as well as the movements and controls for the table and wall stand, specifications, and cleaning and disinfecting recommendations.

Wireless detector - 14" x 17" Fixed detector - 16.8" x 16.8"     The wallstand hand-held control can be mounted on either side of the wallstand and has the following functions: collimator light switch centering button tracking button a Parking function OGP button Note **It is very important to note that care must be used when moving the tube in this manner. Be sure that the patient, room personnel, or ancillary equipment, like wheelchairs and IV poles, will not be in the way when moving the tube automatically with the OGP button. Wallstand Hand Held Control Video Wallstand Hand Held Control Video       Ysio table movements - vertical and horizontal - can be accomplished using foot kick plates or a hand-held control. All Ysio systems have kick plates on the front side of the table. Some Ysio systems have kick plates on the back side of the table to allow table movement control when the front kick plates are not accessible.. Table Horizontal Movement Table Horizontal Movement   Table Vertical Movement Table Vertical Movement   Tableside hand-held control - Allows for table horizontal and vertical movement. Functions as the kick plates do. Horizontal float button - Allows manual floating of the tabletop. Vertical up or down buttons - Activates the motorized vertical table movement.  “Dead-man’s function”. Park button -  Moves the x-ray tube to a pre-determined Park position. Operation Press the button.  The green LED will come on.  Note... Care must be used when moving the tube in this manner. Be sure that the patient, room personnel or ancillary equipment, like wheelchairs and IV poles, will not be in the way when moving the tube automatically with the OGP button. The tube will know where the table, wall stand, walls and floor are. It does not know the location of anything else in the room.  Note: Check operator manual for disclaimer content. Very useful when doing cross table or horizontal x-ray beam exams, or when doing tabletop exams.  Allows the user to control manual vertical movement of the tube.Allows the user to control upward movement of the tube with motorized assist.Allows the user to control downward movement of the tube with motorized assist.Allows the user to control movement of the x-ray tube along the longitudinal axix only.  Used to find the SID detent to the wall stand.Allows the user to control movement of the x-ray tube along the trans- verse axis only.  Used to find the detent to the center of the wall stand and table grids.Allows the user to control tube angulation.  When angled, the MaxTouch defaults to the Device Postion tab to display the amount of angulation on the tube.  If the tube is angled 90° horizontal, then the MaxTouch display orientation will change from portrait to landscape.An all-locks release.  Allows the user to move the tube transversely, longitudinally, and vertically.  This function is also available using the soft keys located at the end of both tube handles.Rocker handles allow the user to move the tube vertically, horizontally, and transversely at the same time.
