Brain MR Results Configuration Workflow AI-Rad Companion 1. Open the configuration tabs by clicking on the Settings icon in the Access bar. G ? 2. In the configuration menu you can activate the calculations and determine if the results shall be sent to PACS directly, or if they require manual confirmation in the Results preview. The configuration menu comprises the following areas: 1 Brain MR . Brain MR toggle button Activate the Brain MR toggle button to enable the calculation of results. The result settings are then displayed and can be configured. 2. Send AI results automatically to PACS Activate the Send AI results automatically to PACS option to send the results to the PACS without review and confirmation. If required, you can specify the results that will be sent to the PACS by selecting Deviation map or Label map. 3. Data Selection If you want to use the default DICOM attributes to select the proper series that will be processed select Automatic data selection. By selecting User-defined data selection you can enter the required series description of the series that will be processed. Activating Process image data that meets ADNI standard verifies whether the protocol parameters of the input images are compliant the ADNI protocol guidelines in order to ensure sufficient image quality. 4. Visualization and Deviation Map Colors Under the Visualization settings you can change the Overlay transparency (%) values for deviation and label map. This adjustment defines the blending ratio between the original MR image and the resulting maps. You can also adjust the colors of the deviation map by selecting the required color range from the drop-down color palettes. Threshold Define the percentile threshold value that defines the normative range. 6. Save and Cancel button Click the Save button to apply your settings and to go back to the Results Preview. The changes will be applied for the next incoming data.
