Atellica® Solution Managing Maintenance Reports Video Version 1.25 and Below

This video will show you the options available in the Atellica solution Maintenance reports software, including documenting the performance of maintenance, approving maintenance records, and generating maintenance reports. Select maintenance in the command bar and then the report tab to access the maintenance report screen. The maintenance report screen contains the last three months of maintenance activities displayed one month at a time. The default view is the current month. Use the arrows to scroll to a different month. The report is grouped by module an frequency. The filter options can be used to filter the data displayed. The status of failed or overdue activities can be changed to completed or not performed in the maintenance report screen. This can be done to individual statuses or to multiple activities at once as a batch. To modify an individual activity status, left click on a failed or overdue status glyph. Select either Mark is completed or not performed. Enter any comments and then select the OK button. To modify activity status as a batch, select the set batch actions button. First, enter the date range, then if desired, select a module. Select whether to mark the activities as completed or not performed. Then select which activities to ally the action to and if needed enter a comment. And finally select the set batch actions button. The lab manager can approve maintenance activities on a monthly basis. Approval covers completed and not performed activities, failed or overdue activities are not eligible for approval to approve maintenance activities. First, filter the activities by items for approval. Then select the approve button. Enter the operator ID and password and select sign off. When the approval process is completed, the items to approve will be set to 0 completed activities that are approved will display as a Gray check mark with a circle and not performed. Activities that are approved will display as a grey X with a circle. Finally, to print the maintenance report, select the printer icon in the status bar. This completes the overview of managing maintenance activities using the maintenance report screen.
