Atellica® CH Analyzer SIEMENS Cleaning System Fluids Drawer Job Aid Healthineers 1. Enter the system into Diagnostic State: A. Navigate to System > Operator Diagnostics > CH Icon B. Select Enter Diagnostics > Yes 2. Wait for analyzer to enter Diagnostic State 3. Under Subsystems, select Inspect and Clean 4. Select Cleaning the System Fluids Drawer > Perform > Yes 5. Wait for the analyzer to prepare for maintenance 6. Locate and open the system fluid drawer 7. Tighten the cap on the system fluid containers Doc 8. Remove the system fluid containers 9. Carefully wipe down the system fluid drawer with lint-free tissues or gauze saturated with special reagent water 10. Replace the system fluid containers Note: Do not touch the cannulas in the keyed areas at the bottom of the system fluids drawer. To prevent a vacuum from forming inside the container that could cause the analyzer to stop processing, vent the container. To vent the container, squeeze and twist the cap counterclockwise to pass the first designated stop. Then no longer squeeze, but twist the cap until it reaches the next designated stop 12. Close the drawer 13. Select Continue > Close 14. Select Exit Diagnostics > Yes 15.
