Turn the analyzer Off 2. Remove the waste bin container and discard the used test strips into an appropriate container 3. Remove the fixed platform by pull the entire assembly towards you 4. Clean the platform with warm water and a mild detergent • Rinse thoroughly and dry with a paper towel or soft cloth • Allow the calibration bars to air dry 5. Inspect the calibration bars for scratches, marks, or discoloration • Discard and replace the platform with a new one if the bars can not be cleaned 6.
