Creating Batch Orders by Rack ID on the Atellica® Solution Job Aid Version 1.25 and Below

This job aid provides instructions on how to create batch orders by rack ID on the Atellica® Solution.

Atellica® Solution SIEMENS Creating Batch Orders by Rack ID Job Aid Healthineers Create Batch Order by Rack ID allows the operator to order the same SIEMENS Heatthineers Atellica" Solution Version 1.14.0.2951003 tests for samples in specific racks. 1 System 2 Samples Inventory Calibration OC Patient Orders Workist 1. At the Command Bar, select Patient Orders Create Patient Orders Create Batch Order by Rack Create Batch Orders by SID ID Edit Multiple Orders View Batch Orders Sample Information Test Selections Enter test names, separated by commas. 2. Select the Create Batch Order by Rack ID tab 3 Batch Name MondayBatch Module Type Select Tests Specimen Serum Orders 3. Under Sample Information: Manual Dilution X Test Dilution Replicates System Test Options Rack ID A Add or Edit Rack IDs • Enter a Batch Name • Select a Specimen type from the dropdown menu If desired, enter a Manual Dilution factor Edit Rack IDs × • Example of valid Rack ID format: 123456,111111,532854 4. Select up to 3 comments from the dropdown menus or enter a 112367 unique comment B 4 Comment 1 5. Enter the Rack ID: Comment 2 A. Select Add or Edit Rack IDs Comment 3 B.
