Cross Calibration mMR Biograph - E11P

This Job Aid provides workflow to perform a PET cross calibration procedure to calibrate the mMR Biograph to a specific dose.

Cross Calibration mMR Biograph – E11P Software Cross Calibration mMR Biograph – E11P Software PET Scanner Cross Calibration is a procedure that calibrates the mMR Biograph to a specific dose. Cross Calibration Requirements 1. The procedure must be repeated as soon as a. A different (for example new) dose calibrator is used. b. A new calibration probe is used. c. Whenever the mMR 68-Ge Daily QC Phantom is replaced. Prerequisites 1. mMR Water Cylinder Phantom a. Filled with water and 60 MBq (+/-10 MBq) of 18-FDG. b. Calibrated to Start of Cross Calibration measurement. MR 2. mMR Biograph Uniform Phantom (daily QC phantom). 3. Excel worksheet to calculate Cross Calibration factor. (e.g., worksheet is on a CD delivered with the user manuals). 4. Computer with MS Excel installed to execute Cross Calibration spread sheet. 5. mMR Biograph Clock and calibrated dose calibrator must have the same date and time.
