This Job Aid provides workflow steps on how to standardize the vertical scale for a CSI Spectroscopy dataset 

Standardize Vertical Scale MR Spectroscopy Postprocessing (A to E-line) Spectroscopy evaluation provides an overview of the enlarged spectrum of interest. To obtain a better visual representation of the differences between voxels with normal and abnormal tissue you can standardize the vertical scale. 1. Select Single Data Set Mode Icon 3. Select Signal Display Parameters Icon a. Signal Tab > select CSI Voxel with the highest Vertical Scale i. Select various CSI voxels in the data set and find voxel with highest vertical scale ii. Scale > make note of second value 1. Select a CSI voxel in normal tissue 2. Deselect Full button 3. Scale > Enter second value (example: 0.6) 4. Select Close b.
