Review the information on the screen and enter the required information or make any necessary changes. Select F8: QC YES/NO to process the QC with the calibration. Select F4: ASSIGN CUPS to assign calibrator and QC positions. Select F7: LOAD/RUN to display the load list screen and view a summary of the calibration information. Load the samples according to the Load list. Select F4: RUN or the RUN key. Review the data for a method calibrated manually A report slip is printed when the calibration is completed. To display the CALIBRATION REVIEW screen from the Operating Menu screen, select F5: PROCESS CTRL, F1: CALIBRATION.  Select the ENTER key at the  Enter your password prompt, Select F3: REVIEW DATA. Select the method to be calibrated by selecting the corresponding test key. Review the individual calibration results for precision, if there are no outliers. Review the calibration statistics m (slope), b(intercept)and r (correlation coefficient) that appear on the bottom of the screen. Linear Slope (m) 0.97–1.03 Intercept (b) 0.0 or clinically insignificant Correlation Coefficient (r) 0.990 - 1.000 Logit Slope (m): 0.95–1.05 Intercept (b): 0.0 or clinically insignificant Correlation Coefficient (r): 0.990 - 1.000 If the calibration statistics are acceptable, select F2: ACCEPT DATA, Tthe status field on the screen changes to "CALIBRATED".
