The below image shows an example of a typical PET Auto Tasking Subtask Card. It gives you the option to automatically reconstruct the data and display it in a selected application. The Auto Cardiac Registration can also be selected if that option is available. Using this feature, it is also possible to send the data to other nodes. A fim de assegurar a amostragem correta, é importante que todos os tubos em uma rack de suporte de amostras sejam do mesmo tipo e tamanho. Congratulations.  You have completed the Dimension Vista® System Quality Control Level II Online Training course. Listed below are key points that have been presented.  Take time to review the material before you proceed to the final quiz. Overview of Quality Control (QC) QC is the systematic performance of checks to ensure that the instrument and its associated materials meet the laboratory's acceptable standards of performance.  Routine QC procedures involve checking known sample for reproducibility and accuracy on the Dimension Vista® System.  For Quality Control to run automatically, first the system needs to be configured. Configure QC to run automatically Automatic Quality Control is a feature of the Dimension Vista® System that needs to be configured.  This configuration will set the times that the Quality Control will run. Times can be set up to 5 times a day.   List the steps required to create a QC product and edit ranges QC Products manufactured by Siemens include a barcode on the IFU that can be scanned using the handheld barcode reader to enter the product information and QC Ranges. QC Products from third party vendors currently need to be manually created in the software. This process allows you to define individual control products and select the methods associated with the product.  The purpose is to have the ability to print a barcode that will identify the vial with the QC material, Lot number, Expiration Date, and Fill Volume.   (This step is essential to the QC being performed properly because the aliquot probe does not level sense inside the vial).   Describe how to Create panels and Setup a Panel Schedule After the QC Product is created, you can create multiple panels from that product. This feature allows the laboratory to run different panels of the same QC Product at different times of the day.  This is useful if the laboratory runs QC on different groups of methods in a given day. This is an optional feature that may be used differently in each laboratory. List the necessary steps to create and order a  Parallel Lot The parallel lots in the laboratory are used to assess the current QC lot and new QC lot before the lots are used for evaluation. This procedure on the Dimension Vista® System is used: For Active lots that are about to expire and new QC lots that need to be added. To setup QC lots for crossover studies. For assayed QC products that do not need crossover studies. New lots must be setup as parallel lots before they can be switched to Active. Troubleshooting QC Out of Range Alerts When a QC result is "Out of Range" a red alert is displayed in the system status area. There are a few simple troubleshooting steps that can assist you in resolving the Out of Range alert and determine the cause of the QC result being out of range. Verify correct Quality Control product is loaded on the instrument and properly labeled. Verify the correct ranges are entered into the Dimension Vista Software. If the ranges are not correct, this can adversely effect the laboratory's Quality Control Program. Was the correct volume of QC material dispensed into the vial? If the correct volume was not dispensed, remove the vial. View the remaining tests in the reagent Flex cartidge.  Unload the reagent cartridge and reload it open a new well or load a new reagent flex on-board. Select Next to continue.         Nu hvor du er er bekendt med funtionaliteterne på CLINITEK Status®+ instrumentet, så lad os se på nogle vigtige komponenter Overview of Quality Control (QC) on the Dimension Vista® System:  Quality Control provides an early warning of system errors that could result in erroneous results Quality Control processing verifies that both the instrument and any associated material meet the laboratory's acceptable performance standards Routine QC procedures involve checking known samples for reproducibility and accuracy on the Dimension Vista® System Select  Next to continue.  Automatic Quality Control is a feature of the Dimension Vista® System that must be configured.  This configuration determines the frequency that Quality Control will run, it can be run up to 5 times a day. In addition to scheduling QC, several other features can be configured regarding QC processing.   QC Configuration Screen Overview Learn about the QC Configuration screen, which allows the operator to set QC Shift Times. Base ImageHotspotsText BlocksImage FileInterval between times when QC is required- System runs QC automatically if the QC for a method is not processed during the specified interval.  (24 hours is recommended).QC Auto- Schedule Shift Times- This feature enables and enters the times that QC is to run during the day.Display Alert on QC Out of Range- A red QC Out of Range alert displays with a list of methods that had results outside of the specified range, if enabled. At Startup, Order QC if Auto-Schedule Shift Time Missed- QC runs automatically if it was missed during a scheduled time, if enabled.  Creating a QC Product Siemens Control Products: The Instructions for Use (IFU) contains a barcode that can be scanned using the handheld barcode reader to enter the product information and QC Ranges.  This creates the database in the system for that product, including: Fill Volume, Lot Number, Product Name and Expiration, and Methods. Third-party Control Products: Need to be created manually in the software. Allows you to define individual control products and select the methods associated with the product. Provides the ability to print a barcode that identifies the vial with the following; QC material, Lot number, Expiration Date, and Fill Volume.  It is important that the information for the control product is captured. Editing QC Ranges After the QC product is added in the software, ranges must be entered.  Note:  Before the ranges are entered, ensure that the established procedure for determining your laboratory's ranges is used.  The Dimension Vista® System compares results to the established ranges and displays red alerts for out of range results.  Editing QC Ranges Learn how to edit QC ranges.
