INTRO – content such as information videos about the MRI clinic or type of exam could be played in this media section. Once the content in the INTRO section has ended, the system will automatically play what is in the MAIN queue. This media section is optional. MAIN – entertainment content such as music video playlists, or other video playlists available on YouTube should be played from this section. When the content has ended, the media will loop back to the beginning and start playing again. OUTRO – content such as information videos about the MRI clinic, or how to rate their MRI experience could be played in this media section. Content here has to be manually played. Once the content is done, it will stop playing and the Meditate section starts playing automatically. MEDITATE – includes preselected calming content such as underwater scenes or landscapes. If “Autoplay” is enabled, the MEDITATE media section will play automatically 30 seconds after a media item is paused. This is to ensure that the patient is not without entertainment for too long. If this feature is not desired, “Autoplay” can be turned off, and all content in this section will have to be manually played. See section MEDITATE media section for more details. The active operating mode is indicated with the text and graphic inside the operating mode button. Online Mode – When there is a stable internet connection, Innovision TechSmart operates in Online mode and the INTRO, MAIN, OUTRO and MEDITATE media sections are available. Entertainment content from YouTube such as music video playlists, or other video playlists available on YouTube can be played. When there is a poor internet connection, the loading time for internet-based entertainment content will be longer than normal and the patient may experience frequent interruption in the audio or display of the entertainment content. Thus, it is highly recommended to switch to Offline mode to avoid these situations. This can be done by tapping on the operating mode button. Offline Mode – When there is no internet connection, Innovision TechSmart will switch to Offline mode and will automatically start playing calming, “meditative” media content in the MAIN section. In Offline mode, only the MAIN section is available and there is the option of four calming, “meditative” media items to choose from, these media items do not require an internet connection. These settings ensure that the patient is never without content when starting their exam or for more than 30 seconds during their exam. The MEDITATE section contains four calming media items to engage and distract patients when they are moving into the bore or when other content is paused during their exam. If you would like to disable the MEDITATE section from automatically playing 30 seconds after any media content is paused, the Autoplay function can be turned off.
