Inspecting the Washer Probes on the Atellica® CH Analyzer Video Version 1.25 and Below

The Atellica Chemistry Analyzer has two sets of washer probes that clean the Q vets. The washer probes need to be checked on a daily basis and cleaned if needed. To check the washer probes, the system needs to be set to diagnostic state. This can be done by selecting system in the command bar. Next, select operator diagnostics. Select the Ch module. Next, select enter diagnostics. Finally, select yes. In subsystems, select inspect and clean. Next, select inspecting the washer probes. Select perform. Finally, select yes. Open the back cover and check the washer probes for dirt and buildup. If there is residue buildup, cover the qubits with a paper towel and wipe the washer probes with lint free tissue dampened with special reagent water. Remove the paper towel and close the back cover when the procedure is complete. To complete the procedure, first select continue in the software. Next select close. Select exit diagnostics. Select yes select the maintenance tab in the command bar. So like schedule. Select the module in the drop down menu. Select inspecting washer probes. Finally select the mark is completed button in the software. This completes the overview of inspecting the washer probes.
