MR Cardiac Function Analysis of the Right Ventricle Job Aid

MR Cardiac Function Analysis of the Right Ventricle Job Aid syngo.via MR MR Cardiac Function Analysis provides the functionality to quantitatively analyze the function of the ventricles. 1. From the Patient Browser, load the appropriate data set into MR Cardiac Analysis Workflow:  If the examination has been correctly mapped, double click to load.  If manual mapping is required, right‐click the examination and select Assign Work‐ flow > MR Cardiac Analysis 2. The Cardiac Reading Step enables you to view functional, dynamic, tissue characterization and flow data using the common tools. 3. Select the MR Cardiac Function step MR Cardiac Analysis MR Cardiac Reading WIR Cardiac Function 4. Performing Right Ventricle Analysis – select > RV Analysis MR Cardiac Function LyAnalysis RV Analysis a. Normal Mode – is the default. You can segment the right ventricle in two ways. i. User Guidance assists you with a recommended workflow for refining segmentation and guides you through each of the steps required. It is important to check the results and refine segmentation where required. ii. Direct Editing – contours can be created and refined directly using the contour editing and contour creation tools. b. Manual Mode – you create and refine all contours manually with the provided tools MR Cardiac Function Published by Siemens Healthcare GmbH © Siemens Healthcare GmbH, 2018 SIEMENS Master Template: EFF Date 22 Aug 17 | HOOD/HILS HOOD05162002647849 Healthineers Jobaid: Effective Date: 09/04/2019 | HOOD05162003028607 Job Aid | Insert Title of Job Aid Effective Date: 09/04/2019 | HOOD05162003028607 c. If you need to edit the segmentation of the RV Analysis, select Guidance. The Set Landmarks tab and the Refine Contours tab guide you through the segmentation refinement process.
