MR Neuro 3D – Diffusion (DTI) Evaluation Diffusion Evaluation Step – can be used to quantitatively analyze DTI maps and anatomical (structural) data. You can derive the statistical data for the same anatomical region of all available DTI maps. e.g., b0, ADC, FA (Fractional Anisotrophy), TraceW (Trace Weighted), RD (Radial Diffusivity), and AD (Axial Diffusivity) maps. 1. From the Patient Worklist, load the appropriate data set into the MR Neuro 3D Workflow a. Examination correctly mapped: double click to load a. Manual mapping required: right click the examination and Open With > MR Neuro 3D.
