Logging Into the System Software Video
This video provides instructions on how to log into the software on your RAPIDComm® Data Management System, including instructions on how to log out of the system.
To access the system, select the rapid com icon on the desktop. The program can also be opened from the Start menu. On the rapid com sign in window, enter the domain name or machine name and your username. It's important the username be entered in the correct format. If you have recently signed into the rapid com program on the same computer, select your username from the drop down list. Enter your password and select the green arrow. In this case will enter the password for you. To sign out of the software to allow another user to sign in, select system and then sign out.
