The QC results then will be displayed on the analyzer screen. If AQC or manual QC fail a result for any parameter, it may be repeated. You also may calibrate the system and rerun the failed QC level. A parameter icon appearing in yellow on the Analysis screen indicates the parameter has failed QC and is locked out from analyzing patient samples. If a parameter icon appears in purple, it indicates QC is overdue, and the parameter is locked out from analyzing patient samples. View Quality Control Results Quality Control results display upon completion of QC analysis. Both AQC and Manual QC will display all parameters in black if they are in QC range. Any failed QC will display in red. The failed parameter also will be locked out from analyzing patient samples. Any failed AQC or QC parameters will be displayed with a yellow box on the Analysis screen. Failed QC may be repeated or you may recalibrate the analyzer and then repeat the QC level.
