Removing Atellica® IM Analyzer Reagent Loader Path Obstructions Video Version 1.25 and Below

This video will explain how to remove reagent loader path obstructions on the Atellica® IM Analyzer.

This video will show the procedure that can be used to remove reagent loader path obstructions on the atellica. I am analyzer 1st put the I am analyzer into the Stop State by selecting the system button on the command bar. Next select status. Then select the atellica. I am analyzer icon. If the analyzer is not already stopped, select the pause button to allow the system to complete any testing currently in process. The system will pause and then go into stop state. Then unlock the IM back cover. And open the I am back cover. You must open the cover within 30 seconds of unlocking, otherwise the cover will relock. Ensure the reagent probes are clear of the reagent compartment shutter. If not, manually move the probes to the right over the probe rent stations while avoiding pushing on the probe tips. Open the reagent compartment shutter and ensure there are no obstructions. Manually remove any obstructions from inside the compartment and from the reagent loader path. Close the reagent compartment. Close the cover. Navigate to the reagent loader screen by first selecting inventory. And then select reagent loader. Then select the atellica. I am analyzer icon, select the resume work button and ensure all loader path obstructions are cleared and select yes to complete this procedure. Resume the item analyzer by selecting the resume button on the IM System status screen to bring the analyzer back to the ready state. This completes the procedure to remove reagent loader path obstructions on the atellica. I am analyzer.
