This job aid describes how to resolve reagent pack stuck in gripper errors on the Atellica® IM Analyzer.

Atellica® IM Analyzer SIEMENS Healthineers Resolving Reagent Pack Stuck in Gripper Errors Job Aid Issue: Reagent Loader Offline / Reagent Pack Stuck in Gripper 3 Description: The Reagent Loader can go Offline due to a pack being stuck in the gripper Online Help Reference: Manually Removing IM Reagent Packs from the Gripper Troubleshooting Steps: 1. Pause the IM analyzer and wait for processing tests to complete 2. Unlock and open the front or back cover according to the gripper location 3. To release the IM pack from the gripper, grasp the pack firmly from the bottom. Move the pack lengthwise towards the center of the module and rotate the back NOTE: Do not pull a pack out on an angle from the gripper. Pulling a of the pack downward then out of the gripper (see image) pack out on an angle results in contamination of the area. When red 4.
