This job aid provides instructions on how to delete raw data, delete image data, and remove patients from local data when operating a SOMATOM go. platform scanner.

SOMATOM go. platform Deleting Raw and Image Data Job Aid Every CT examination generates raw and image data that is used for the image reconstruction. Raw data is the result of a scan and is the collection of related physical data. Raw data must be deleted before image data to completely remove the patient data from the system. Step A - How to Delete Raw Data 1. In the Local Data from the Results list, select the patient data to be deleted. (You can also simultaneously delete data of multiple patients by selecting multiple patients.) 2. Right-click to open the drop down menu and select Manage Raw Data, then Delete Raw Data. To do this, right-click on the desired data you wish to delete. Select Set Delete Protection state then Remove Delete Protection. Continue with the above steps. Long-term archiving is not provided with the system. 1. Select the Local Data tab in the Patient Browser. 2. Right-click on the patient(s) you wish to delete. 3.
