Select the tab arrows to learn more about the improvements to the browser. Tab 1 Video Script / vid_sv_vb50_delta_olt_sy1_printing_from_browser.mp3 Once you open the syngo.via application by logging in, the Patient Browser is displayed. When you select the study, all the series of this study are listed in the Series list on the right-hand side of the Patient Browser. It is possible to create a copy of one or more series and paste it to the study level. You can do this easily right-clicking in the series you want to copy and selecting the option “copy”. To paste the series, simply right-click and “paste” the series at the study level. This process will not affect or change the original series. The system will then display a pop-up confirmation window where you need to confirm the pasting of the series. Printing from browser You have the possibility to print a dataset, a series or an image directly from the patient browser without opening the examination. Select your data of interest, and click the dedicated button on the Patient Browser or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+P.   Printing from the browser is now improved because the printing tool opens as a floating window, allowing you to interact and see the browser when printing. Exporting to offline  You can now export your data using the Export icon situated in the right upper corner of the browser screen. When the Export icon is selected, a floating window gives you the option to export to Optical Disk, File System or Network nodes. The File System option allows you to decide where your data will be saved. Navigate to the Browser button and choose the folder where you would like to save the data. The button to create a new folder is now available when you right-click. After typing in the name of the new desired folder, please click OK and Export your selected study and or series. Result handling The result handling has been simplified: the software now always keeps the existing results when the cut, copy, paste, correct, or rearrange functionalities are used. The pop-up window that asked you to decide how the system should handle the existing results was removed.  The system now automatically keeps the existing results (e.g. measurements snapshots). The results are automatically deleted if critical attributes are corrected (e.g. Patient Position, Laterality). A pop-up window asking you to confirm the changes is still displayed, giving you a chance to cancel the operation.  Copy/paste functionality It is possible to create a copy of one or more series by right-clicking and pasting at study level. The system will display a pop-up confirmation window.  The original series is not affected when copy/paste is used. Please note: As with other ''Correct and Rearrange'' operations, you need syngo.via Administrator privileges to be able to use this copy/paste functionality.  New desktop icon Quick Guide In every syngo.via VB50 installation there is a new icon displayed on the desktop.
