Syngo breast care offers the breast finding as a special finding type to visualize detailed information about relevant distances and positions of a suspicious area on an image. The optional feature one click provides calculation of distance information from a breast finding into special points. With just one click, the user will be provided with three distance values that are automatically detected from the center of a finding and displayed with lines as the following distances. One distance from nipple, two distance from chest wall. And three distance from skin. Using this circle Roy tool from the top right corner with just one click you will get three distance values that are automatically detected from the center of a finding and displayed with lines as the following distances. Distance from nipple. Distance from chest, wall, and distance from skin. Therefore, to automatically acquire these values. One activate the Roy tool from the right corner menu. Two navigate to the region of interest in the desired view. Standard MG and Tomo views are supported. Three, simply click with the left mouse button and draw an annotation on the lesion calcification. Four, the one click algorithm will take the center of the Roy or middle to start the measurements. Five the nipple position anchor points on pectoralis and skin line are detected and marked as follows. Ask where for the nipple position are triangle for pectoralis anchorpoint and a circle for the skin lines anchor point? The o'clock position and quadrant position will also be automatically generated when the measurement is made on tomosynthesis images. Please note that there will be no automatic creation of o'clock and quadrant position if the option is not available. Additionally, in the CC view, the distance to chest wall is not available. The findings assistant, which can be opened by hovering over the arrow in the findings navigator, displays each breast finding with detailed information about. Additional information in regards to the finding can also be noted by selecting the appropriate dropdown option. The one click generated breast finding values are read only except the depth and clockface positions. Click on the breast pictogram to define the position. When you change the size or position of a breast finding or move one of the distant symbols, the related distance information will be also instantly updated in the findings assistant. To modify the distance to nipple measurement, you need to activate the nipple marker and then Click to set the square nipple marker correctly. Please do not drag and drop the nipple marker. To delete a breast finding, you can right mouse click over the anchor point in the image and choose delete measurement or right mouse click on the appropriate finding in the findings navigator and select delete finding. If you have selected the option automatically create snapshot images for findings found in the configuration panel. The snapshot images will not contain any breast finding attributes such as distance lines, symbols or infobox. Navigate to the snapshot two finding tool or use the shortcut key control S which will add a snapshot with the desired attributes automatically to the selected breast finding. You can access the MG BI rads report by navigating to the open report icon or shortcut alt R. Here you will see that all measurements and screenshots acquired from the breast finding will automatically be available in the structured reporting breast template. Additionally, all information and attributes entered in the findings assistant will also be available. You have the option to preview and print this report directly from the report template. The MG BI RADS report is also then saved upon completion of the workflow.
